2. Declaration and acceptance: After the materials are prepared, HeLi Supply Chain will submit the declaration on behalf of the customer to the customs and inspection and quarantine agencies. Customs and inspection and quarantine agencies will review the declaration materials, and if there are any issues, they will promptly notify HeLi Supply Chain for supplementation or modification. Once the declaration materials pass the review, the customs and inspection and quarantine agencies will officially accept the inspection application.

3. On site inspection and verification: For goods that require on-site inspection, HeLi Supply Chain will cooperate with customs and inspection and quarantine agencies to conduct sampling inspection and verification. This step aims to ensure that the quality, quantity, specifications, etc. of the goods comply with relevant regulations, and verify whether the actual situation of the goods is consistent with the declared information.

4. Release and follow-up tracking: After inspection and verification, if the goods meet the requirements, the customs and inspection and quarantine agencies will release the goods and issue relevant certification documents. Heli Supply Chain will promptly deliver these documents to customers and assist them in completing subsequent import and export procedures. At the same time, Heli Supply Chain will also provide follow-up tracking services to ensure the smooth arrival of goods at their destination.
