1. After receiving the appointment, Heli Supply Chain will confirm the pick-up time, location, and details of the goods with the customer to ensure consistency in information between both parties.

2. Arrange pick-up personnel and vehicles: According to the customer's pick-up needs, Heli Supply Chain will arrange suitable pick-up personnel and vehicles. Delivery personnel usually have rich logistics experience and professional knowledge, and can handle various issues during the delivery process properly. At the same time, Heli Supply Chain will ensure that vehicles are in good condition and fully equipped to meet the transportation needs of different goods.

3. Door to door pickup: At the agreed time and place, the pickup personnel will arrive on time and hand over the goods to the customer. During the handover process, the delivery personnel will carefully check the quantity, quality, and other information of the goods to ensure accuracy. At the same time, Heli Supply Chain will also provide packaging, reinforcement and other services to ensure the safety of goods during transportation.

4. Goods signing and tracking: After the pick-up is completed, the pick-up personnel will sign for the goods with the customer and provide relevant documents. Afterwards, Heli Supply Chain will activate a goods tracking system to update the status of goods in real time, ensuring that customers can keep track of the transportation status of goods at any time.
